Giving Tuesday

With the start of the charitable season, we reflect on the importance of enriching the areas in which we reside. Mar-Bal has a long history of serving our communities across Ohio, Missouri and Virginia through donations of time and resources as it is an integral aspect of our company culture.

Mar-Bal has participated in events set up by national organizations including the United Way’s Stuff the Bus school supply campaign, American Heart Association’s Heart Walk and transporting WWII and Korean War veterans to the memorials in Washington, D.C. with the Honor Flight Network

Annually, we find additional ways to give back by coordinating events of our own. Each year the company holds food and clothing drives as well as collecting gifts for the Giving Tree in December for those less fortunate. We also take great pride in Mar-Bal’s Day of Action which takes place during the summer. On this day, members of our Corporate Office give back to a local non-profit by means of providing landscaping services to their facilities. When able, we also provide a monetary donation to further help their efforts.

Whatever the cause, we are eager to help the communities surrounding each of our locations which we also call home.
